About Trailside
On behalf of the Board of Directors, we would like to welcome you to the Trailside Homeowners Association website.
For our visitors, Trailside is an equestrian community located in rural Hobe Sound, Martin County, Florida. Our gated community consists of 41 lots; most are 20 acres in size, three are 35 acres. Trailside is conveniently located off Pratt Whitney Road two miles south of Bridge Road, near the Hobe Sound exit (#96) off I-95. We also have access to the Turnpike via Indiantown Road, PGA Boulevard, or the Beeline Highway interchange.
Imagine, country living with the amenities of paved roads, underground utilities, wooded lots, and fantastic sunsets over wide-open spaces. Beaches and shopping are also within easy reach-a pleasant 15-mile country-road drive.
Our community boasts miles of bridle paths which are reserved for equestrian use only. We also impose sensible standards of homeowner’s covenants to enhance the value of our community and monitor and protect our on-site wetlands.
We are clearly one of the finest ranchette subdivisions in the state of Florida.
