ACC Lot review form

This is the form the ACC will use to ensure your lot is in compliance with architectural criteria as well as building site landscaping. After they have reviewed your lot they will return this form to the Board. If you have been approved the Board will issue a check refunding your deposit. You do not need to print and fill this form out, it is just an example of what you need to have on the property to be approved.
